Why are aptitudes so important? 

Your aptitudes are natural talents that you are designed to use. These talents remain stable throughout your lifetime. Aptitudes play a major role in determining how satisfied you feel in life. Some careers and activities will feel easier to you than others as you will sense a natural "fit" within specific roles. 

If you force yourself into a role that does not use your aptitudes, you will find yourself with increasing dissatisfaction in life. It's like attempting to fit a square peg into a round hole.

First payment is due 24 hours prior to the first meeting. Payment plans are available.

I will provide payment plans as needed for each client. You can submit such a request when you schedule your initial 15 minute phone consultation. 

Do you work with people outside of  Tennessee?

Yes! For career coaching and team workshops, I can provide services to anyone in the US. I use Zoom for video conferencing as I believe it is important to have a face-to-face connection with my clients. For workshops and speaking engagements, I will travel to your location.
